​​​​​​​​​​Lionel Punchard is a 34 year veteran in the Mortgage Banking Industry. He  started in the business in 1983 as a Loan Officer. From 1984 to 1985 he was part of a management team overseeing two Wholesale Operations. In 1985, he Co-founded First Republic Mortgage Corporation and in 1987 became President and CEO which is now FRMC. 

He has originated and closed over 10,000 loans in his 34 year career. 

Lionel has a strong background in all phases of Mortgage Banking. His extensive background includes Sales and Marketing, Underwriting in compliance with major lenders Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Ginnie Mae while adhering to all guidelines and provisions, and integrated knowledge of FHA/VA loans,

credit scoring, CRA compliance, First time Home-buyer programs, Secondary Marketing and Quality Control. 

Lionel recently established LP Equities, LLC in 2015, a real estate acquisition and revitalization company purchasing distressed properties.
